Mt.Lhotse, just 3 kilometer away from Mt. Everest, the fourth highest peak in the world can be climbed from Everest Base Camp or from nearby Chhukung.

Lhotse, sometimes has been dentified as the south peak of the Everest massif. After the successful ascent of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse got its identity.  It was 1956 when Mt. Lhotse was climbed for the first time. It was climbed to explore the alternative route towards the summit of Everest.

Mt. Lhotse climbing is technical mountain climbing with challenging and harsh weather,  high altitudes and other many obstacles. However the team at Thorang La mitigates the risks to summit this Mountain.
